How to report abuse, threats, impersonation, legal issues, and urgent safety incidents on GrassGroups.

Last updated March 30, 2026

When to file a report

Use the reporting flow when you see abuse, threats, impersonation, youth safety concerns, spam, fraud, or legal/compliance issues tied to GrassGroups activity.

If there is an immediate risk of physical harm, contact local emergency services first and then submit a report so our team can preserve relevant records.

What to include

Strong reports contain enough detail for triage and action. Include direct links, screenshots, dates, names of affected parties, and any known urgency.

  • A clear description of what happened and who was affected.
  • Relevant URLs, screenshots, or supporting documents.
  • Whether the issue is ongoing, repeated, or involves a minor or physical threat.

How we review

Reports enter a moderation queue for triage. Emergency submissions are prioritized and may trigger rapid escalation, evidence preservation, or temporary restriction of affected accounts or organizations.

We may not share the outcome of every action in full, but we do use report data to make enforcement and safety decisions.
