Last updated March 30, 2026

Disclosure requirements

Political or issue advocacy advertising must clearly identify the paying entity and comply with jurisdiction-specific disclaimer rules before publication.

Restricted content

Ads may not contain deceptive claims, manipulated media intended to mislead, unlawful discrimination, or prohibited targeting based on sensitive characteristics where restricted by law.

Review and enforcement

GrassGroups may require pre-approval, supporting documentation, geographic restrictions, or additional audit records before a campaign is allowed to run.

Campaigns that fail disclosure or safety checks may be rejected, paused, or referred for enhanced review.
